Aged for six months in charred, new oak quarter casks, it is then finished for three months in casks which used to hold Vya Sweet Vermouth, adding a fruitiness to the classic spicy rye whiskey. Deep reddish brown hue yields to a rich nose of orange, cinnamon, pepper and vanilla evolving as it opens. Leads with up front spice
